At our purpose-designed centre in Totton Southampton, we provide Service Users with a range of activities to help them recover and thrive in life after they have suffered an Acquired or Traumatic brain injury. (ABI or TBI). We also work with and offer support for the family and loved ones of Service Users.
How we help people at the centre
Our four pillars of support are: Engagement (cognitive), a Sense of Community (friendships and peer support), Wellbeing (physical, mental and emotional) and Independence. To help our service users grow in each of these areas we provide a number of activities, some examples are listed:
